• WhatsApp messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp (for COD orders, support or refund claims), we receive your number, messages and any photos/videos you send, such as unboxing videos.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. WHY WE USE IT
• To process, ship and deliver your orders
• To confirm COD orders and handle refund or damage claims
• To send order updates and reply to your questions
• To send offers and new arrivals — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve our website and show relevant ads

3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We never sell your personal data. We share only what’s needed with:
• Courier partners — to deliver your order
• Razorpay — to process payments
• Google and Meta — for website analytics and ads (through cookies)
• Government authorities — only when required by law

We keep order details as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal requirements. Unboxing videos and WhatsApp claim details are kept only until your claim is resolved.
