Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges:
- 🎉 FREE shipping on all orders above ₹299
- For orders below ₹299, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies across India
Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Time:
- Punjab & Chandigarh: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details on your registered mobile number and email. If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp at 9988882602.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times before the package returns to our warehouse. Please provide an accurate mobile number for smooth delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of fashion jewellery and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
We request customers to carefully review product images, descriptions, and prices before placing an order. For any pre-purchase questions, please WhatsApp us at 9988882602 — we’re happy to share more photos, dimensions, or styling tips.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we will replace it free of cost.
Conditions:
- An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@tinklehoops.com or WhatsApp at 9988882602
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, damage claims cannot be accepted. We recommend recording the unboxing of every order for your protection.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch (typically within 6 hours of placing the order).
Cancellation Charges: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers payment gateway charges, packaging time, and administrative costs.
Example: If your order is ₹1,000, the cancellation fee is ₹100, and ₹900 will be refunded.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
⚠️ Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
