🚚 Shipping

• Minimum order value: ₹300
• FREE shipping on orders of ₹500 and above
• Orders below ₹500: flat ₹60 shipping anywhere in India
• Dispatch: within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• Tracking: sent to your mobile and email once your order ships. Didn’t get it within 48 hours? Check your spam folder or WhatsApp us.
• Delivery attempts: the courier tries 2–3 times before returning the parcel. Please share a correct, reachable mobile number.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD orders are taken only on WhatsApp at +91 99888 82602.
• Pay a ₹100 advance to confirm your COD order.
• The ₹100 is adjusted in your total — you pay the balance on delivery.

🎥 Damaged or Defective Pieces

If your piece arrives broken, damaged or defective, we’ll give you a refund or replacement — your choice.

How to claim:

1. Record a clear, uncut unboxing video — from the sealed parcel (shipping label visible) to the product.
2. WhatsApp us the video within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Keep the piece unused and in its original packaging.

Once verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video, or after 24 hours, cannot be accepted.

❌ No Returns for Change of Mind

As this is fashion jewellery, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply don’t like the product or change your mind. Please check photos, size, description and price before ordering.

🔄 Cancellations

• You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Orders that have already shipped can’t be cancelled.
• A 10% cancellation fee applies (for example, ₹1,000 order → ₹900 refund).
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• COD orders: the ₹100 advance is refunded to your UPI within 5–7 working days.
