1. Who Can Shop

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide (name, phone, address, payment) are accurate and belong to you.

2. Our Products

• We sell fashion and artificial jewellery. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, our pieces are not made of real gold, silver or precious stones.
• Many pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, size or finish are natural and are not defects.
• Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
• If you have sensitive skin or metal allergies, please check the product details or WhatsApp us before buying.
• To keep your jewellery looking its best, keep it away from water, perfume and lotions.

3. Prices & Orders

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Minimum order value is ₹300. Free shipping applies on orders of ₹500 and above.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If you’ve already paid, you’ll get a full refund.

4. Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are accepted only on WhatsApp, with a ₹100 advance to confirm the order. The advance is adjusted in your total.

5. Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• 100% quality guaranteed. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, we offer a refund or replacement, provided you send an uncut unboxing video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of ordering, before dispatch, with a 10% cancellation fee.

6. Reviews & Content You Share

When you post a review, photo or video, or send us one on WhatsApp or social media, you allow us to display it on our website and social channels. Please keep reviews honest and respectful. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to the product.

7. Messages From Us

We’ll send order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Offers and promotional messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — product photos, videos, text, logo and the Tinklehoops name — belongs to us. Please don’t copy or use it without our written permission.

9. Fair Use of the Website

Please don’t misuse our website — for example, placing fake orders, attempting to hack or overload the site, copying content with bots, or using someone else’s details.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Phagwara, Punjab.
